What about the appropriate clothing for a sauna?
For a correct employment it is recommended not to wear clothes; for hygienic reasons, put your towels on the bench.
These rules are severe in Finland whereas in Italy clothing is accepted; nevertheless it is highly suggested not to wear synthetic garments in order to prevent skin irritation. Either coloured and black clothes are not recommended, since their colorants release toxic elements inside the overheated room.
The ideal solution would be to wear white cotton clothes.
