For installing a sauna you only need electricity supply and a surface on which to position the equipment.
For the correct working of a Finnish sauna you should appraise the heating peck: 1 KW for each single cubic meter (1CM= 1KW).
The drain inside the sauna, for the periodic paving cleaning, is exclusively indicated for large size saunas (beyond 10 square metres).
