Withdrawal
1) RESTITUTIONS
Restitutions are regulated by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/02/2014. The right shall be regulated by law if the customer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) has right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send to Finland Philosophy notice within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods. The notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to: Finland Philosophy - Strada Macina Vecchia 4, 46042, Castel Goffredo (Mantova).
The communication may be advanced or email address given in contact page, under "complaints" if confirmed by registered letter within 48 hours.

If you need to return a product, please, remind that:
. it must be intact,
. it can’t be damaged
. you have to put it in its original box
2) WITHDRAWAL
Notwithstanding any repair costs for damages assessed to the original packaging, Finland Philosophy will reimburse the Client the full amount already paid as quickly as possible but no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of notice of withdrawal, see art. 56 of Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/02/2014. Under the law (Legislative Decree no. 206/05), postage costs for the return of the asset are paid by the customer, up to double the amount of the shipping costs that were charged at the time of purchase, within a miximum amount of € 100,00, including VAT.The IBAN of the of the person in whose name the invoice was issued has to be provided for the refund (ABI - CAB - Account of the invoice).
