Glazed design and advanced technology for an exclusive sensory experience
This custom-made sauna in Arco, in the province of Trento, was designed to enhance the wellness offer of a charming bed & breakfast with a solution of strong aesthetic and technological impact. Its peculiarity? A double window - one with a view of the garden, the other with an internal view of the mini-gym - which transforms the sauna into an open, bright and immersive environment.
A sauna with a garden view with a contemporary character
Inside the building, the sauna is presented as a transparent box of glass and wood, refined and essential. The design combines Nordic tradition with elements of technical innovation, with a focus on the user experience.
Technical characteristics of the sauna
- Windows: 10 mm tempered glass interior front, overlooking a mini-gym
- Interior cladding:
- Insulation with high-density ecological glass wool (4 cm) and thermo-reflecting/anti-condensation aluminised paper
- Walls and ceiling in Red Alder, with 15x68 vertical slats, an elegant and slender choice
- Interior trim: Exclusive Air line in Red Alder with benches, backrests and doorstops
- Interior dimensions: L. 2200 x D. 2180 x H. 2100 mm
- Installed heater:
- Harvia GLOBE GL90E (9. 0 kW - 400V), spherical stove with visible stones, installed on a stand in the centre of the sauna
- Harvia Xenio CX110 digital control system
- Self-dosing system with spray nozzle for spraying water or essences by pressing backlit buttons integrated in the benches
- Steel and tempered glass guards for aesthetics and safety
- Lighting: warm light LED strip (3000°K) along the upper backrest, around the bench
